洛克人X5的音樂很好聽~ 我最喜歡的是最後幾關的歌~ 然後鯨魚關和蝙蝠關也不錯~ 配樂師等人為 Naoto Tanaka Takuya Miyawaki Naoya Kamisaka

遊戲地圖需配合角色來製作~ 像是洛克人X4 X5 X6,因為角色可以攀到牆壁上 所以地圖設計就會時常有"需要跳到邊緣才能攀上去的方塊"或"長型的垂直通道"
